So...like most of you, we're offline soon. Not that that's a shock or anything, as we've been offline for a little while.
But this time, it's for good reason: the annual Thanksgiving pilgrimage.
At Sea Heritage, we're blessed to have most of the clan here:
And on Wednesday, a few of us will head here:
And there, we'll enjoy the traditional holiday rituals of gorging and public violence in the form of (theoretically) touch football. Half of Sea Heritage's founding duo plays touch, and the other cheats. #justsayin
So in the vein of "food for thought," we asked our fans to name their favorite Autumn spots along the New England coast. We're past peak foliage season, which takes us farther inland to the Adirondacks and wilds of Vermont, so we've migrated back to the shores, where wonderful traditions thrive along the coastline.
Here were the top five:
5. Portsmouth, NH
39th Annual Candlelight Stroll at Strawbery Banke Museum.
Labrie Family Skate at Puddle Dock Pond.
Elf The Musical at the Music Hall.
NH Theater Project: It's a Wonderful Life Live Radio Play.
Portsmouth Christmas Tree Lighting & Illuminated Holiday Parade and Food Drive.
Now, since we live here, this is what we know, and where we're celebrating at the moment. But we want to hear from you: where are the best places along your stretch of the coast to enjoy the holiday season? Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org—if we post your recommendation to Facebook and/or Twitter, we'll give you a free chart! [And even if your offering isn't selected, stay tuned for a POSSIBLE holiday sale]
Cheers and Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at Sea Heritage!
